Our non-fiction list is broad and hugely exciting. We publish in the areas of sport, popular culture, health and wellbeing, history and many more - from Hillary Clinton to Jonathan van Ness and everyone in between. We are lucky enough to publish the biggest poet on the planet, Rupi Kaur.

Job Profile:

To coordinate successful publicity campaigns on a range of titles across our adult publishing list.

Your Role:

Reporting to the Marketing & Publicity Director, working on a huge variety of fiction and non-fiction you will plan imaginative, effective and well-executed publicity campaigns working in-house as manager in the busy Adult Publicity Department. You will drive campaigns, communicating continually with authors, agents, the media and other departments internally. You will work collaboratively with others, helping turn our books into bestsellers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

We are keen to hear from the widest range of candidates and we're open to different types of experience. If you have experience in publicity and public relations across any area of the arts or entertainment, we would love to hear from you, but it is not essential that you have worked in trade adult publishing.

You must be driven, ambitious, passionate about books, have strong media contacts and confidence with social media. With ability to think creatively and plan high-profile publicity campaigns, across all different spheres of the media landscape. You will be able to organise events or launches. You will be a motivated individual, with excellent attention to detail, who enjoys working in an energetic team.
