The position of Ad/Promo Designer is vital to the effective execution of our ongoing marketing efforts for all imprints and divisions of the company, including Adult, Children's, Corporate and Audio. This position handles a wide project workload, from inception to completion, for both online and print projects. Projects include motion graphics, online and print advertising, solicitation and point-of-purchase materials, design of social media assets, as well as many other digital initiatives. Attention to detail, being mindful of deadlines, and excellent organizational skills required.

Qualifications:

Candidate should be a skilled online/web/print designer who will work with the art director on designs for motion graphics, design of social media assets, promotional initiatives, and online and print advertising. Applicant should have excellent understanding of user interfaces, typography skills, as well as keen color and design sense. Knowledge of the publishing industry is a plus.
• At least 5 years of experience in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Extremely organized and detail oriented.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of Webflow, HTML, and CSS a plus.
