Job Description
The SHOWTIME Subscription Marketing team focuses on crafting customer-centric marketing plans to accomplish our core task of driving sustainable and repeatable subscriber and revenue growth. The team is looking for a top-tier Growth Marketing Manager to help define, prioritize and push the vision for our next wave of growth through OTT streaming. The ideal candidate is a results-based growth strategist who is adept at full-funnel, fully-integrated planning and can support the execution and optimization of new customer acquisition and lifecycle marketing campaigns. This is a high-impact role that will report to our Sr. Director, Growth Marketing in the Subscription Marketing team. As a member of this team, you will lead strategic projects and implement our go-to-market plans through radical collaboration with a diverse group of disciplinary professionals across Brand and Program Marketing, Distribution Marketing, Marketing Communications, Performance Marketing, Media, Digital Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Research and others.

Job Responsibilities:
• Develop, lead and be accountable for our near and long-term growth planning for SHOWTIME OTT, maximizing subscriber and revenue growth across our streaming ecosystem
• Build scalable and effective marketing strategies through a quarterly planning framework that defines our business goals/metrics, identifies core audience opportunities and details the most efficient growth channels and tactics to deliver customer success/return
• Set the direction and work as part of a cross-functional group to drive metrics at every stage of the marketing funnel, ensuring continuity and cohesion throughout the customer journey
• Closely partner with Marketing Communications and Performance Marketing to translate strategy to impactful, high-performing creative that utilizes the SHOWTIME programming portfolio, including our award-winning Original Series, movies, docs and sports
• Cultivate relationships across the organization to support growth initiatives and projects, lead ideation, balance any competing needs and secure alignment with program marketing and key partner-specific efforts
• Elevate multicultural and inclusive marketing as a key component to our growth; provide strategic recommendations on how to engage diverse and underserved groups (including BIPOC and LGBTQ+ audiences) in authentic and culturally-significant ways and partner with our Multicultural Unit (MCU) to define a marketing roadmap that will build brand resonance and improve business results
• Synthesize and prioritize our marketing project pipeline, set goals and draft POVs around key business opportunities tied to our programming and seasonal/cultural moments
• Coordinate with internal/external research groups to continuously analyze subscriber behavior and our industry landscape to inform national and targeted growth marketing plans, including timing and targeting of sales promotions
• Maintain a firm grasp of the TV streaming ecosystem and brands vying for our target customer's attention and wallet; identify new opportunities to differentiate, create customer value and win market share through understanding of cultural trends and the competitive environment
• Own the development of presentations, one-sheets and reports for the Marketing senior leadership team
• Lead and optimize growth marketing budget and campaign spend

QUALIFICATIONS:

Job Qualifications:
• You have 4+ years brand and/or agency experience in entertainment, media, publishing, DTC and/or a subscription-based business
• You have a deep passion for all things consumer ­- a curiosity that continually pushes you to understand what moves and motivates them to make decisions and a desire to create better customer experiences that leads to better business outcomes
• You're a cultural omnivore that is passionate about business, entertainment and the business of entertainment
• You have hands-on experience with end-to-end marketing project planning, scaling campaigns and strong knowledge of digital platforms and marketing standard methodologies
• You interrogate the data to identify new sources of opportunity and propose action plans to make work more efficient and effective
• You're a driven strategic problem solver and doer who is self-motivated, yet collaborative
• You're an effective communicator who can explain complex ideas simply
• You can juggle projects and deadlines, prioritizing and moving fast to ship the most important work
• You take the work seriously, but not yourself
