Job Description
Sesame Workshop is looking for a Manager, Marketing & Creative Operations. This role supports the VP, Marketing Operations managing the group's end-to-end business operations inclusive of contract, vendor and budget management, annual planning cycles including annual budget process and quarterly reviews and projections. This role will have a relationship with the legal and finance teams and participate in quarterly and annual budget activities. In addition will oversee departmental standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities
• Lead drafting departmental contracts and statements of work for legal review and finalization
• Proactively take a strategic business approach to the budget planning cycle
• Collect budget and projection estimates across Marketing Communication departments
• Provide reporting, insights, and recommendations for next FY year planning
• Monitor budgets monthly and prepare quarterly review cycles
• Oversee departmental contracts, SOWs and invoices and reconciliation back to the overall operating budgets
• Ensure financial operating budget, tracking commitments and actuals are on track
• Resourcefully solves invoice inquiries and ensures resolution on a timely manner, taking learnings and instituting best practices
• Manages Supplier, Vendors and Partners maintaining solid relationships and business practices
• Regularly provides standardized departmental reporting as needed
• Documents and maintains operational initiatives and material across but not limited to:
• Process workflows
• Standard Operating Procedures
• Systems and Tools: Project Management Tool, Digital Asset Management, Time Tracking, Contract Management, etc.
• Training Material, Training Events

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3-5 years of professional experience as an accountant or financial analyst
• Advanced MS Excel required, Pivote Tables, Macros preferred
• Familiar with industry or advertising agency environments a plus
• 1-2 years of administrative experience preferred

• Computer literacy and proven proficiency in Microsoft Suite programs (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of Workfront Project Management Tool a plus
• Ability to handle sensitive information appropriately with a high degree of confidentiality
