VFX Producer

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced VFX Producer to join our dynamic Seoul studio! In this role, In this role, you will develop and manage schedules for assigned projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery. You over day-to-day show operations and facilitate transparent communication between clients and our internal production teams to ensure the realization of artistic visions and project objectives.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop the initial high-level schedule of deliverable milestones and dates
• Work with the supervisory team to assess the original scope of work and all creative iterative changes from a time, schedule, and budget perspective
• Contribute to the determination of show crewing and scheduling, adapting and updating plans as the show progresses and evolves.
• Take charge of the day-to-day operations of the show, overseeing Digital Production Managers, VFX Coordinators, and other production staff members
• Ensure the overall timely flow of information within the show, promoting efficient communication among team members, and addressing any bottlenecks that may impede progress

Minimum Qualifications
• Three (3) years of experience similar role within the VFX industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English
• Experience managing multi-vendor productions of 500+ shots

Preferred Qualifications
• Fluency in Korean
• ShotGrid, or other production management software experience
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong project and resource management skills

담당업무
• 납품 일정과 마일스톤을 위한 초기 하이레벨의 스케줄 구성
• 수퍼바이저들과 협력하여 작업의 범위와 모든 프로덕션 관련 변경 사항을 시간, 일정 및 예산 관점에서 평가 및 관리
• 쇼가 진행됨에 따라 쇼 제작 관련 스케줄을 결정하고 계획을 진행 및 업데이트
• 디지털 프로덕션 매니저, VFX 코디네이터 및 기타 프로덕션 직원을 감독하며 쇼의 일상적인 운영 담당
• 프로젝트의 전반적인 작업 범위를 관리하고, 팀원 간의 효율적인 의사소통을 이끌어내며, 진행에 방해될 만한 다양한 문제들을 파악 및 해결

최소 자격
• VFX 업계 유관 업무 경험 3년 이상
• 뛰어난 의사소통 및 대인관계 능력
• 영어 능통자
• 500개 이상의 샷 및 대규모 프로덕션을 관리한 경험

선호하는 자격
• ShotGrid 또는 기타 프로덕션 관리 소프트웨어 경험
• 고급 엑셀 능력
• 강력한 프로젝트 및 리소스 관리 기술
