Production Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a versatile Production Assistant to support all aspects of a busy Virtual Production stage. As a Production Assistant, you will perform a variety of tasks for the production and stage teams to support demos, testing and shoots. Our ideal candidate is resourceful, able to problem solve, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform administrative tasks
• Assist in the creation and distribution of daily paperwork, including; call sheets, emails, and shot lists
• Assist with coordinating talent on set when required
• Assist with maintaining production inventory
• Run errands as assigned
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all production areas
• Conduct crowd control
• Coordinate visitor parking with security

Minimum Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Production Assistant or in similar role in a media production environment
• Proficiency in Google Suite Applications
• An ability to lift 35 pounds and spend long periods on your feet
• Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications
• Basic understanding of Virtual Production & VFX terminology and application
• Passion for learning the ins and outs of the stage, VFX production, and new technology
• A team player with exceptional communication skills and a can-do attitude
• Excellent organizational skills
• Self-starter who is assertive, enthusiastic, and highly motivated
• Ability to multi-task and follow up on various projects
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite

$35,000 - $46,000 a year

This salary range is specific to applicants located in Los Angeles, California. To determine your base salary, we consider your qualifications, skills, and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary outside of this range and will also be dependent on your location.
