We are looking for a meticulous and technically skilled 3D Scanning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in a variety of scanning technologies, including terrestrial and aerial photogrammetry, structured light and LiDAR. As a 3D Scanning Technician, you'll be responsible for creating detailed digital models of diverse objects, environments, or geographies, requiring exceptional attention to detail and technical expertise.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot various types of 3D scanning equipment, including DSLR, drones and lidar equipment.
• Utilize DSLR cameras and photogrammetry techniques.
• Process and clean up 3D scan data ensuring the highest possible quality and accuracy.
• Collaborate with production, engineers, and project managers to integrate 3D scanning data for realtime and visual effects pipelines.
• Stay abreast of advances in 3D scanning technologies and related software.
• Adhere to established safety protocols and procedures.
• Ability to travel and conduct field work as necessary.
• DSLR, 드론 및 라이더 장비를 포함한 다양한 종류의 3D 스캔 장비를 운영, 유지하고 관련한 문제를 해결할 수 있는 분
• DSLR 카메라와 사진 측량 기술을 활용할 수 있는 분
• 3D 스캔 데이터를 처리/정리하여 최상의 품질과 정확성을 유지할 수 있는 분
• 프로덕션, 엔지니어 및 프로젝트 매니저와 협력하여 Real-time/VFX 파이프라인을 위한 3D 스캐닝 데이터를 통합할 수 있는 분
• 3D 스캐닝 기술 및 관련 소프트웨어의 최신 트렌드를 잘 따라가시는 분
• 안전 프로토콜 및 절차를 준수하시는 분
• 필요에 따라 출장 및 현장 작업이 가능하신 분

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE | 채용조건과 우대조건
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• English fluency for both conversation and technical communication
• Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of photogrammetry, LiDAR, and DSLR-based imaging.
• Proficiency in operating 3D scanning equipment and software.
• Ability to meticulously process and clean 3D scan data.
• Excellent attention to detail and spatial understanding.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to perform well under pressure.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques.
• Ability to handle and set up heavy equipment.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and ability to travel.
• Previous experience as a scan tech for vfx production is a plus
