This position is accountable for spear heading training implementation and related programs through SS&E's Corporate University (SSEU). In this role, you will help execute the department strategy for all of our franchises. The ideal candidate will be a champion for organizational change efforts and running the SSEU programs, Learning Management System (LMS), and engagement opportunities crafted to improve skills and drive growth across the enterprise. In addition, this role will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and a diverse group of external professionals.

Responsibilities
• Strategically develop innovative learning programs, curriculum and related materials for SS&E University (SSEU).
• Continuously run and grow our LMS platform's utilization by improving the learner's experience and develop relationships across our community and organization to promote SSEU internally and externally.
• Develop detailed schedules, building course catalogs, serving as a lead for class offerings, and working with staff to build future programs.
• Evaluate the efficiency of training, various programs, and organizational needs.
• Other Duties as assigned.

Qualifications
• Preferred, but not required, bachelor's degree in organization development, I/O, psychology, learning/development, HR, communication, or related field.
• 2-3 years' experience as a program manager with confirmed expertise in Learning & Development and demonstrable track record in learning program design, curriculum development and instructional design, delivery and evaluation of training programs as well as an understanding of adult education principles.
• Proficient technological knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office, Keynote by Apple, audio/video editing platforms, Adobe Creative Cloud,
• Must have a high level of communication skills to facilitate courses and ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations and information with poise, tact and subtlety, and possessing the ability to communicate across all levels of management, staff and external client groups preferred.
• 1-2 years' experience working in a Learning Management System (Docebo preferred).
• Shown experience working with key partner groups to ensure training programs are crafted optimally.
• The ability to work independently and coordinate multiple tasks.
• Ability to stand /navigate in an arena setting for the purposes of facilitating learning and development curriculum.
• Occasional travel, evenings, and weekend work required in an arena and/or sports facility.

Approximately 50% of this role is able to be remote; 50% of work to be performed onsite as needed. This may vary depending on work priorities and virtual/in-person training needs.
