IT Event Support Coordinator (FT)

Spurs Sports & Entertainment (SS&E) is looking for a dedicated IT Event Support professional to join our team! The person in this role is responsible for analyzing and solving computer problems for our employees, and fulfilling new hardware/software, and peripheral requests. Our ideal candidate will be customer service-focused, and have the ability to work independently. Additionally, they will maintain confidential documents and files, handle various tasks, maintain effective working relationships while working in a fast paced environment. Along with these tasks, this position is responsible for event support for all events to include Spurs, SAFC and any other SS&E events.

What You'll Do: 
• Serve as first-point-of-contact for SS&E users when they experience technical problems.
• Ability to create, manage, and maintain documentation for our IT Applications
• Setup, configure, troubleshoot, and analyze enterprise-wide software and computer hardware.
• Assist with the development and facilitation of IT required training for SS&E employees.
• Collaborate with other IT department team members to maintain standards and functionality.
• Keeps records of assets, plans for and schedule hardware replacements as necessary.

Who You Are:  
• Associates degree or above in Computer Information Support or related field
• 2 years of experience in IT Support (Experience can be substituted for education).
• Possess deep technical skills and troubleshooting techniques; have a detailed understanding of Windows and Apple Operating Systems.
• Proficient in Office 365, and in Active Directory
• Highly flexible and adaptable.
• Possess a professional and positive demeanor, while maintaining a high level of responsiveness.
• Possess proficient interpersonal skills and can handle sensitive and confidential situations and information.
• Strong teamwork competence required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekend, and holidays.
• Stand/Sit/Walk for long periods of time.
