Overview:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join us as an integral member of the Spurs Sports & Entertainment (SS&E) Marketing Department. If you are passionate about Paid Search and Paid Social campaign strategy, execution and optimization, in addition to collaborating to bring marketing and organizational objectives to fruition, this role is for you! The ideal candidate will have experience in managing paid search and paid social campaigns, including budget oversight and campaign optimization, as well as the ability to leverage new information, insights and data to drive decision-making. This position will oversee campaigns across the SS&E portfolio of franchises and business units.
Our Digital Marketing Specialist will proactively interact with a variety of cross-functional areas, such as creative, content, digital, marketing partnerships and analytics to achieve organizational goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:
• Create Paid Search campaign strategies and assist with the Paid Social campaign strategies to meet organizational objectives as part of the holistic, integrated Marketing campaigns.
• Oversee and execute campaign builds, including but not limited to creating keyword and ad text settings, tracking parameters, negative keyword strategy, identifying exclusions, implementing and optimizing bid rule strategies, identifying target audiences, and creating ad messaging.
• Collaborate with internal Creative Services and Content teams to generate creative needs, as well as Digital and Analytics to build lead forms, create and test tracking capabilities, and optimize SEO, where able, to lend to increased SEM performance.
• Manage campaigns on a daily basis to forecast and ensure budgets, lifetime and daily, are optimal and on pace; performance metrics are trending toward meeting and exceeding KPIs; discovering and implementing campaign enhancements; and providing campaign reports on a weekly basis.
• Assist in development and management of digital marketing budgets, including monitoring expenses on a monthly basis for accuracy and appropriateness, completing timely reports to leadership and taking prompt and corrective action when required.
• Maintain working knowledge of target audiences; new products, services, and marketing-related technologies; results of marketing and promotional tactics; and ongoing changes to the marketing landscape, including new privacy implementations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
• Four-year degree, preferably in Marketing or related field of study.
• Minimum of 3-4 years' work experience in Paid Search.
• 2+ years' work experience in Paid Social.
• Experience in managing monthly campaigns budgets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Power Point and other computer skills required.
• Google Adwords Certifications - Fundamentals & Advanced, additional certifications a plus.
• Facebook Blueprint Certification(s) – Digital Marketing Associate, additional certifications a plus.
• Experience working in Google Analytics & Facebook Ads Manager.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, proactively problem solve and be highly organized.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs., work long, flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Possess a clean driving record in order to operate company-owned vehicles.
• This role will be required to live in San Antonio (or nearby) and will have the ability to perform 80% of responsibilities remotely; 20% of work to be performed on site as needed.
• Bilingual (Spanish and English), preferred.
