Job Description
Rolling Stone is hiring a Creative Marketing Manager to develop creative and impactful marketing solutions that meet client objectives and drive multimedia revenue opportunities for the brand. This role will challenge you to ideate and develop large-scale, cross-category strategic offerings and be part of the sales process to win, secure, retain, and grow business.

Responsibilities:
• Work with the marketing and sales teams to own the creative development and execution of strategic sales proposals across multiple brand categories and product offerings (events, custom content, social, print, etc.)
• Lead creative brainstorms and establish a strong working relationship with internal teams (sales, edit, events, social, branded content, project management, and account management) to answer a high influx of RFPs
• Support with creative innovation and strategy for Rolling Stone's major tentpole moments
• Manage P&L through the pre-sale process, ensuring creative concepts and client deliverables are able to be executed within budget
• Leverage data and insights to inform content strategy, scaling across sites and social channels
• Develop impactful sales materials tailored to brand moments and core offerings, including go-to-market partnership decks, one-sheets, and other collateral
• Operate with a superior level of client service in all client-facing communication

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in a creative and/or marketing strategy role. Media or agency experience preferred.
• On top of the latest talent and trends across music, entertainment, social and pop culture
• Thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced, high volume environment focused on both internal and external selling of ideas and concepts
• Creative thinker, strong writing skillset, resourceful, proactive, self-starter, and an entrepreneurial spirit
• Visual storyteller with expertise in Keynote
• Knowledge of comScore, Google Analytics, Salesforce

Typical wage range: 80K - 100K

Factors that could be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, years of experience and comparison to current employees already in this role. The typical candidate is hired below midpoint of the range. The total compensation package for this position will also include other elements, a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits including 401(k) eligibility and paid time off benefits. PMC is committed to the health and wellness of our employees.
