We sit within Rogers & Cowan/PMK as part of the Octagon Sports and Entertainment Network of agencies and offer a comprehensive global service offering from our offices in London, New York, Los Angeles and Washington, DC.
Overview:

ITB is currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our VIP Services Team in our Los Angeles office.

For 12 weeks, you will work closely with the local team in Los Angeles as well as teams in New York and London, supporting a variety of VIP Services activities including celebrity and influencer dressing and seeding, front row fashion show wrangling and event coordination.

The Work You'll Do:
• Manage VIP gifting projects from ideation to completion, including coordinating delivery logistics, gift wrapping and shipping
• Support day to day activities across multiple accounts
• Manage Fashion GPS actions including adding inventory, stylist write ups and check-ins and outstanding notifications
• Organize logistics with stylists for VIP pulls, including regular follow up on outstanding items
• Assist with showroom appointments and gathering of images for stylist pitching
• Coordinate with LA and London teams on brand approvals for various requests
• Research emerging talent & influencers for VIP dressing, gifting and event wrangling opportunities
• Generate target lists for VIP campaigns (talent & influencers)
• Develop compelling written pitches for outreach with talent/influencers, stylists and media
• Daily social media monitoring of gifting recipients
• Assist in outreach efforts for wrangling, event and gifting opportunities
• Generate monthly reports for relevant accounts
• Shipping and inventory returns via Fedex, UPS and DHL, including International shipping
• Other duties as assigned

Who We're Looking For:
• Strong written and verbal skills
• A minimum of 0-1 years of experience with luxury fashion and accessory brands
• Great current pop-culture knowledge across all industries (music, entertainment, chef, fashion, sports, etc.)
• Knowledge of current events (award shows, film festivals, major sporting events, etc.) as well as different types of celebrity-driven marketing programs (PR, endorsement, advertising, seeding, product placement, gifting suites, etc.)
• Excellent organization/research skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment and problem solve multi variable tasks
• with Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams)
• Internet and social media savvy
• Strong organization and time management skills to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision
• Exceptional people skills, able to gain and maintain the trust and confidence of individuals within and outside of our organization
• A drive to work toward the highest standards – with a focus on teamwork
