The Overview:

We're excited to be looking for an Account Manager for our team here at R&CPMK!

We are searching for a culture-hungry individual who believes in the power of talent and influencer to drive authentic brand building work. In this role you will cast, procure, and project manage Talent and Collaboration Partners for marketing campaigns and proposals for both existing and new business endeavors. You have an in-depth knowledge of the cultural landscape, passion for pop culture and knows what is trending digitally and editorially, strong interpersonal skills, meticulous attention to detail and the ability to multi-task at a high level. Our work drive's purpose, passion, and results, building communities through Talent and Influence.

You will lead the expert interrogation and breakdown of client requests, as well as have responsibility for the strategic and creative delivery of proposals that are rooted in insights, data, and culture. You will be an excellent client services manager who can run end to end influencer and creator marketing campaigns using robust measurement and analytics.

The Fine Print:
• Create compelling, strategic, and persuasive presentations with relevant case studies to win RFP's and client pitches.
• Support on the day-to-day management of campaigns.
• Identify and effectively handling any program challenges swiftly and responsibly.
• Contribute to scope of work negotiations, and closely oversee financial tracking, reporting, and measurement of campaigns.
• Demonstrate relevant expertise to be seen as a trusted partner and develop client relationships based on that context.
• Identify and developing new business opportunities with existing clients.
• Contribute to thought leadership
• Develop strong relationships with team members and within cross-agency departments and optimize the services available.
• Embodying a positive and friendly demeanor – inspiring others and remaining calm under pressure

The Needs:
• 3-5 years experience in influencer and creator marketing working across a portfolio of clients in diverse brand cateogories
• The ability to strategize, ideate, build, execute and manage a full end to end campaign.
• Experience in responding to brief's and building out PowerPoint presentations.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational, time and project management skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; the ability to offer constructive strategies to clients, collaborative input to colleagues and clear direction to team.
• A proven track record working directly with brand clients, influencer, creators, agents, and managers.
• Experience owning and growing positive and effective relationships with senior client partners
• Proficiency with CRM, digital analytics and social tools, as well as Excel, Power Point, Dynamics and Creator IQ.
• Ability to run campaign budgets, and an understanding of paid media as it to relates to influencer marketing
• A natural curiosity for the influencer industry – its growth, trends, and insights
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Salary: $65,000.00- $80,000.00 annually
