The Overview:

The Talent & Influencer team at R&CPMK is a fast-growing team of influencer marketing specialists. We are here to define culture, change narratives and become a center of excellence for all things talent marketing! We sit across 5 offices including London, New York, and Los Angeles, and work with some of the most iconic brands across fashion, food & beverage, beauty, travel, entertainment and more.

We are looking for a strategy-led Account Manager who can provide top-notch client service, has a passion for the influencer marketing arena, is up on social trends and cultural movements, and is excited to innovate the influencer marketing industry.

The Fine Print:
• Execute specialized end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns through strategy, creative development, casting, management and reporting.
• Lead start-to-finish day-to-day project/account operations directly with clients and agency partners while managing an account support team across the US and UK
• Collaborate with the Global Business Development team to contribute to proposals and proactive pitches for clients that are backed by data and insights, yet creative, and rooted in social and digital strategy
• Retain and unlock the growth of the existing business by providing outstanding client service and proactive identification of expansion opportunities
• Problem-solve and anticipate the needs of clients while creating solutions to overcome obstacles and contribute to the overall success of the team
• Analyze campaign performance and continually optimize projects and programming to achieve optimal results for clients
• Identify and champion innovation & trends across agency accounts and projects, as well as within our industry, clients' industries, and general social media/culture. Be able to proactively and strategically fold trends and through-lines into client strategy.

The Needs:
• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in organizing, owning, and implementing end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns (preferably with an agency) with at least 1 year actively managing clients as the primary day-to-day contact
• Previous contribution to new business pitches and client strategy including but not limited to components like, general influencer marketing approach, measurement frameworks, talent strategies, creative content strategy
• Interest in measurement and analysis; understanding a wide breadth of influencer marketing critical metrics and their implications
• Knowledge and experience with other marketing disciples and their relationship to influencer marketing, including social media, PR, paid digital marketing and more
• Culturally In-Tune, with an ability to turn cultural movements, moments and social media trends into storytelling and activation ideas for our clients
• A natural networker who excels in building and deepening relationships with the internal teams, our industry, partners, and talent of all scales, from celebrity to nano influencer
• An innovative, creative, proactive thinker and self-starter who thinks limitlessly about the ''what ifs'' and ''wouldn't it be cool if….'' to impact our clients and businesses
• A curious but confident thought leader who stays ahead of industry trends and their impact on the work we do and shifts we need to make to maintain our status as an industry leader and cultural change-maker

Salary: $75,000.00- $85,000.00 annually

Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee's/applicant's background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
