Accounts Payable Clerk

THE ROLE

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk for Roc Nation, a segment of the Live Nation All Rights Artist business. Position will be responsible for the daily processing of billings. This person must be a self motivated individual with the ability to multi task. This role is Remote within the US.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Review and record system and manual checks into Accounting and Bank modules.
• Ensure all payments have proper approvals/coding and all required supporting documents are filed accordingly
• Process manual ACH and wires
• Input outgoing ACH/wires into the A/P system
• Special projects and additional responsibilities as needed

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• College Degree with accounting/finance coursework a plus
• 1-2 years of experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail
• Quality problem solving skills
• Quality communication skills
• Excel Proficiency a plus
• Oracle experience a plus
• Possess excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environment

The expected compensation for this position is:
$20.38 USD - $25.47 USD Hourly
** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
