Job Description

As Specialist, A&R Operations / RCA Inspiration, you will play a key role in supporting the team to help our artists deliver music to their fans. Your role will provide overall administrative support to help ensure the efficient day-to-day operations of the A&R department. Position requires interaction with members of senior management and other high-level internal and external contacts

What you'll do:
• Manage the operations of the A&R department by reviewing submissions, researching and analyzing data, and overseeing listening sessions & delivery
• Act as A&R liaising with key partners and staff by transcribing lyric, distributing audio, and payment processing
• General office management, including updating and organizing files, checklists, processing and tracking expenses and invoices, and calendar management
• Coordinate itinerary and travel arrangements for artists, and studio time

Who you are:
• You have at least 2 years of administration experience with an A&R department or recording studio
• A thoughtful, organized and results-oriented professional
• An excellent communicator and enthusiastic collaborator who works well with team members, external partners, and senior management
• Understands current tastes, market trends, digital music space, and social media
• Able to prioritize work to meet deadlines
• Able to attend evening showcases, travel, and interact with artists
