Job Description
This position provides administrative support to the entire RCA A&R Administration department with booking artist travel, processing invoices, and assisting with other miscellaneous projects as assigned.
What you'll do:
• Lead Royalty Administrator for RCA roster. Creates, maintains and trouble shoots all account creation, ledger adjustments, various reports for all roster artists and main point of contact for the Royalty Business Liaison.
• RCA Union representative (AFM/SAG/AFTRA). Will create and submit AFM/AFTRA contracts to union as needed as well as processing invoices for payroll. Will handle all incoming union requests.
• Artist Forward Administrator – includes sending new artist packet when artists are signed, following up with management, attorneys to get proper paperwork filed for setting up artist accounts, health insurance, union, delivery requirements etc.
• RCA studio and Sony Global Studios billing supervisor. Will oversee with booking, monthly billing and reconciliation.
• Liaison to BCD travel: includes creation/maintenance of travel profiles, enforcing travel policies, as well as booking travel.
• Responsible for new artists signing showcases – administration of meetings, travel and yearly budget.
• Creation, Documentation, maintenance of Departmental processes for audit purposes.
• Invoice Processing – responsible for generation of PR/POs and payments.

The anticipated annual base salary does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
California Pay Range
$65,000 - $85,000 USD
