Overview & Responsibilities:
• Work within an Agile delivery methodology highly focused in crafting API and data validation tests based on requirements
• Provide a risk assessment on the defects identified and set an accurate priority and severity to communicate potential impact to the business.
• Provide a comprehensive assessment of quality based upon the existing implementation vs new feature development
• Develop innovative testing and defect remediation processes to support scaling teams via quality metrics, industry standard methodologies, and test automation tools
• Management / Mentorship of resources within the AdTech STE team

Basic Qualifications:
• 5+ years in people management working with resources on-site and offshore.
• Experience mentoring teams on Test Automation and STE Test Automation Standards
• Ability to mentor resources on the use of STE Unified Test Frameworks
• Experience leading teams on Application behavior and testing techniques, as well as Test coverage for application(s) supported.
• 5+ years of true hands-on experience developing Test automation scripts specifically object-oriented frameworks (TestNG, Java)
• High level of experience Load Testing and/or Performance Testing of high-scale systems
• Good working knowledge on NoSQL Databases (MongoDB, Redis, etc)
• 3+ years leading projects with minimal supervision.
• 2+ years of testing experience in an Agile Software Development methodology.
• Profound expertise in REST API and Java testing experience
• Experience testing and automation development of Advertising based systems at scale

Additional Qualifications:
• AVOD / Streaming media experience or functional testing on Native Apps, OTT (Over-the-top), web platforms is strongly preferred
• Previous hands-on ability working with native AWS is a huge plus

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Hiring Salary Range: $140,000.00 - 155,000.00.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
