We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Media Traffic Coordinator with the Global Partnership Solutions (GPS) Department. The Media Traffic Coordinator supports and fulfills media traffic placement and tracking of deliverables for corporate partnerships and flighted media buys across the Phoenix Suns & Mercury organization. Assist the Traffic Manager in slotting placement for spots in TV, Radio, Streaming, and AR signage while also entering national buys into KORE. Other priorities include, achieving targeted goals, data collection, vendor integration and working closely with Phoenix Suns & Mercury Global Partnerships Solutions team.

What Will You Do:
• Work closely with partnership activation team and traffic manager to implement contractual media initiatives and fulfillment.
• Work with digital Lifecycle team to ensure fulfillment and scheduling e-newsletter banner ads and capture impression data.
• Manage radio inventory, traffic and formatting game broadcasts.
• Use Adview software to ensure proper placement of radio ads based on their specific requirements.
• Update media fulfillment into reporting software including updates to BI and finance for billing.
• Assist traffic manager with order approval, download and inputting into inventory management software.
• Deliver monthly proof of performance documentation to partners with media assets.
• Distribute weekly log reports for national advertisers.
• Verify programs, program numbers, break structures, log timings, advertiser placement, advertiser rotation, and advertiser separation.
• Implement copy assignments as needed.
• Interpret and accurately assign copy based on client traffic instructions.
• Assist Traffic Director with program changes and notify them of any concerns, irregularities, and unsold inventory.
• Maintains regular and reliable attendance.

What We Need From The Media Traffic Coordinator:
• Proficiency with MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with WideOrbit software and/or Skyview Adview software a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Outstanding attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work under daily pressure and successfully manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong project management skills.

Experience/ Education Requirements:
• • 1-3 years of traffic experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in communications, Journalism, Radio/TV, or related discipline preferred.
• Basic understanding of media trafficking for television and radio.
• Spanish fluency a plus.
