POSITION SUMMARY:

The Coordinator, Partnership Solutions is responsible for the creation and development of turnkey and customized cross-platform partnership programs that support revenue generation and partner retention for the Philadelphia 76ers and ancillary associated properties.

The Coordinator, Partnership Solutions will work closely with the heads of Corporate and Marketing Partnerships to help define the strategic sales plan. He or she will then become the project lead and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including, but not limited to, marketing, community, digital, social and content groups. He or she and team will be responsible for the creation of 76ers partnerships platforms for prospective partners (new business) and current partners (upsells and renewals) through: research (identify industry leaders, best practices, emerging technologies), platform development (idea generation, artist curation and proposal construction), internal vetting (Division approvals), creative presentations (create sales decks, collaborate with design team to bring vision to life) and inventory management. In addition, he/she will be assist with merchandise strategy and oversee inventory and game night hospitality responsibilities.

The successful candidate can operate strategically, in the development of sales concepts and sellable marketing platform, along with showing tactical and technical expertise in the sales process.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
• Drive revenue and co-lead sales process for new business and renewals/upsell
• Organize and participate in multi-functional brainstorming sessions to develop full integrated marketing platforms
• Project lead responsibilities include sales deck creation, deal memo and P&L's for all new business and renewal/upsell opportunities
• Manage available inventory, track sold inventory, deadlines, property assets, and designations
• Proactively identify new assets and build creative turnkey platforms to generate new revenue opportunities, while becoming intimately familiar with designations and promotional rights
• Conceptualizing and building custom creative concepts for sales pitches and client presentations
• Ensure concepts can be efficiently activated by working closely with Activation and Marketing
• Liaise with sales and account management to understand partner/prospect
• Collaborate with account management to develop case studies
• Participate in new business sales meetings as needed
• Develops new inventory, sellable platforms
• Assist Game Night Hospitality Experience
• Conduct category and prospect research to identify sales opportunities
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years of Marketing Partnership experience preferably from a sports and entertainment entity
• Experience with client relationships, understanding client needs and meeting deadlines
• Understanding of team marketing platforms and process
• A track record of driving revenue growth for major events (e.g. entertainment or sports events)
• Substantial experience within the sports and entertainment industry
• He/she will have demonstrated exceptional project management skills with ability to create partnerships, vet and price, develop P&L and platforms, create sales materials
• Strong creative and innovative mindset with analytical skills
• Highly detail-oriented and exercises solutions-focused approach
• Excellent written and verbal communication, writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience working collaboratively across multiple departments
• Able to work independently, as well as within a team
• Capable of working on and managing multiple design projects at a given time and executing quickly
• Detail-oriented, especially under deadline pressure
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Highly organized and communicative
• Positive attitude
• Experience and passion for sports and/or entertainment preferred
• Ability to work nights and weekends as needed

WORKING CONDITIONS
• Travel Requirements - Travel required on a TBD basis (<10% travel); trips may require air travel and/or overnight stay for one or more nights.
• Physical Demands - This position requires the ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
• Work Environment - This position generally requires that work be performed from the 76ers headquarters in Camden, NJ but attendance at events taking place in the arena or offsite, including on weekends and/or holidays, may be required.
