Process and Applications Analyst - Vendor Compliance

Job Description

The Bertelsmann Accounting Services is seeking a tenacious, curious and fearless business professional to join our team as a skilled Process and Applications Analyst with a focus on vendor compliance! In this unique position, you will support the annual vendor compliance filing process and other processes of accounts payable, as well as assist or lead in identifying and implementing process improvements that impact the finance departments.
Other responsibilities would include prepare and provide reports to department heads, management and/or auditors, act as a back up to support existing BOT and VBA macros in a backup/troubleshooting role and perform/assist management with other tasks and projects and some administrative tasks.

• Accounts Payable experience using SAP
• PC proficientcy to include all MicroSoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are an absolute must
• Minimum
of 2 years finance experience
• Vendor compliance experience (1099-NEC, 1099-MISC, 1042-S)
• Knowledge of RPA and VBA preferred, but can be taught

Assessments to test baseline knowledge in data entry and matching, Word, Excel, Access and VBA will be required. New hire will receive several months on hand-on shadowing and training.
