Job Description
Bertelsmann Global Business Services is seeking an HRIS Analyst to join their team. The HRIS Analyst will s upport, maintain and analyze the overall integrity and effectiveness of HRIS applications.

Main Responsibilities:
• Maintain the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) for the organization, monitor the workflow, and audit for accuracy, security and efficient processing of requests
• Serve as System Administrator for UltiPro Web and Back Office, setting up and removing users, managing roles and permissions, and maintaining content of the homepage.
• Configure, customize and implement new features/functionality in UltiPro per user requirements.
• Maintain interfaces between HRIS and third party vendors.
• Work closely with business units to understand business process requirements recommending system improvements when applicable.
• Interface with internal departments and external vendors to coordinate imports and exports of employee data.
• Create ad-hoc and standard reports for end users.
• Provide ongoing technical support and ensure that any critical issues are resolved quickly.
• Provide login, navigation and report writing training to end users as required.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues by creating and following up on support tickets.
• Test system upgrades and new system functionality.

Education:
• College degree or 1-2 years HRIS Analyst experience

Professional experience / competencies / traits:
• Analytical and problem solving ability
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload
• Communicates status and issues affecting work progress
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Demonstrated customer service skills
• Payroll and Benefits knowledge a plus
