As part of the Direct-To-Consumer Distribution Strategy & Partnerships team, the Insights Sr. Associate will be primarily focused on Peacock and will provide decision support across the department and organization via deep dive analysis and actionable insights to proactively improve partnership management and strategy. This role will report into the Director of Insights and be a critical member of the team.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position is passionate about leveraging data to inform strategy. The person we're looking for must be an analytical and strategic thinker, with experience working with large and disparate data sources. The person has experience working cross-functionally in a prior role, led analysis and reporting on key performance indicators, and can present data and insights in a way that tells a clear story with actionable recommendations.

Specific Responsibilities Included but Not Limited To:
• Track & analyze performance data across a variety of metrics (e.g., subscriber acquisition, content consumption, churn, lifetime value) across Peacock partners
• Develop deep understanding of engagement behavior unique to each partner
• Transform data tracking and analysis to tell a story which draws actionable conclusions and help drive partnership decisions
• Build, improve and maintain reports, dashboards and tracking metrics to monitor subscriber trends to help inform cross-functional stakeholders
• Manage and improve upon Partnership forecasting process
• Provide ad-hoc data analysis under tight deadlines as required
• Partner across departments (e.g., data sciences, marketing, product, finance, etc.) to highlight opportunities to drive partner growth.
• Monitor industry statistics and follow trends through third party data to gather insights that enhance team understanding of consumers, markets, and competition
• Create presentations to illustrate and communicate findings

Qualifications/Requirements
• 1-3+ years of relevant experience in research, analytics, or similar type role – prior experience with Streaming or Television preferred but not required
• Candidates must have proven experience in analyzing, interpreting, and presenting data
• Must be detail-oriented and focused on data accuracy – with proactive problem-solving skills and an eye toward data investigation
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, vlookup, index/match, etc.)
• Demonstrated capacity to articulate findings to all levels of the organization
• Ability to both create and deliver PowerPoint presentations that tell meaningful and actionable stories with data
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and pivot based on evolving priorities and deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

• A passion for television and movies
• Understanding of digital video metrics and concepts, including how they impact overall business goals
• Solid understanding of evolving media landscape, including tech platforms, OTT
• Prior experience with forecasting & modeling
• Familiar with financial reporting
• Experience with data visualization tools like Domo, Looker, or Tableau
• Technical skill and experience with Big Query, Python, R, SQL, Tableau and Adobe Analytics.
