Responsibilities

The Senior Project Manager, Originals Creative - Peacock, is a highly effective, production savvy project professional responsible for managing the creation of compelling creative for NBCU's single title original marketing campaigns.

This position requires excellent production management skills across video, print, digital and activations, as well as exceptional communication, organization, and prioritization skills.

This position will report to the lead Sr. PM of Originals, and will manage a small team of project managers and project coordinators. An ability to lead with empathy, and influence with authority across a large group of stakeholders to keep production moving forward is a must. Be responsible for delivering large scale marketing campaigns, and being a key stakeholder to creative, marketing, strategy, press and social teams within Peacock among others, as well as external agencies and freelancers.
• Project manage all facets of creative development from strategy, production, through to delivery and execution for Peacock Original show campaigns
• Manage project planning, timelines, and budgets with the goal of delivering world-class creative on time, on budget and with minimal error
• Create and improve required project documentation and reports, including asset trackers and production budgets.
• Ability to spot risk in a campaign and mitigate and/or escalate as need be
• Liaise with other project managers both on Originals and across other production teams to action process improvements and ensure cross-functional alignment
• Identify and hire additional freelance creatives as projects require
• Represent Creative Ops and advocate for project management standards and best practices

Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor's degree level or equivalent, 5+ years' experience leading production centric projects
• Strong control of project management skillsets, and an ability to use the right method for the task and situation.
• Excellent written and verbal communications, ability to tailor to all levels of an organization
• Strong leadership skills, with the proven ability to coordinate team members across teams and locations
