Senior Manager, Targetable Strategy, Peacock
The Senior Manager of Targetable Strategy for our promo strategy team will design and implement the promotional personalization strategy for on-product promo inventory. This role will help build and apply customized audiences through data driven decisions. This position will report to the Senior Director, Promotional Strategy.
• Aid in the construction and implementation of promo personalization across on-product promotional inventory
• Develop audiences and application strategy, working with CRM and growth marketing teams to re-target and drive usage across channels
• Create workflows and best practices for audience builds in mParticle to complete omni-channel marketing strategies
• Implement, test and refine promo optimization within FreeWheel
• Provide performance data analysis to identify future testing scenarios in order to design targeting strategy

Qualifications/Requirements
• 5+ years of relevant media experience

Skills
• Strong data analysis and interpretation
• Ability to interpret and translate data into practical recommendations
• Deep understanding of segmentation & audience profiling
• Strong forecasting skills & ability to manipulate data models
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure
• Ability to challenge existing ways of working and suggest innovative approaches to the way we work / plan
• Excellent knowledge of broadcasting and media planning
• Highly skilled in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Understanding of customer data platform experience and ad server operations a must

Experience
• Previous analysis and data Interpretation in a complex environment
• Previous experience of data segmentation and audience profiling
• Experience of using forecasting models
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for media planning with a deep knowledge of serialized and theatrical content

Measure of Success
• Segments are managed accurately and consistently
• Inventory forecasting becomes more accurate over time
• Ways to improve campaign delivery are recommended and drive results
• Campaign analysis is completed for all campaigns
