Position Overview
The Senior Project Manager is a member of the Go To Market team, overseeing launches/release for partnerships, tech partners, and MVPDs. The senior PM is responsible for establishing the project structure, tracking and reporting on project progress and securing the launch readiness plan across all workstreams. This role facilitates cross functional communication and synergy across the business focused functions within Peacock and also partners with the Technology Delivery team to ensure project cohesiveness with the technology focused workstreams. The ideal candidate has experience managing non-traditional partnership launches, an understanding of bundling constructs typical for streaming services, and is aware of third party payment technologies. We are looking for someone with strong business communication skills, who is able to quickly craft presentations that articulate complex narratives for a variety of audiences. This is an exciting role with the opportunity to partner with all of Peacock's business units to deliver on Peacock's large launch programs.

Responsibilities
• Establish project structure (work streams, meetings, comms channels, deliverables)
• Track and report of project progress, decisions, and risks
• Expert at identifying project risks and multiple mitigation strategies to ensure successful project execution
• Understand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs
• Communicate timely and frequently with all business stakeholders, ensuring project delivery transparency
• Launch readiness planning and manage project retrospectives
• Manage multiple projects at one time
• Guide projects managed by more junior team members
• Instill calm within project teams and inspire the group to work as a cross functional unit vs. siloed approach

Qualifications/Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in either the project management or business analysis field
- Experience managing non-traditional partnerships and in-depth knowledge of the deal constructs associated with these partners
- Previous experience utilizing third party partner payment tools
- Experienced in creating PowerPoint presentations and decks for an executive audience
- Experience working across all digital media functions, including content, marketing, business development, product, decision sciences, technology, ad sales, and research
- An attention to detail while reviewing project deliverables for completeness, quality, and compliance with established project requirements
- Demonstrated ability to overcome obstacles and negotiate resolutions to complex problems
- Ability to organize meetings including creating pertinent agendas, managing conversations, and summarizing the results into a set of decisions made and next steps

- BA/BS degree in a relevant field
