Responsibilities
• Partner with Production, Programming, Scheduling, Creative, Business Affairs and other internal teams to ensure financial forecasts reflect the latest information across Originals & Sports content areas
• Assist with all financial aspects of Content Finance, including the P&L, Cash Flow and Balance Sheet; Responsibilities include budget, monthly forecasts, and monthly close
• Support the financial consolidation of the Peacock Programming budget for reporting, variance analysis, supplemental data requests and executive presentations
• Prepare regular financial summaries and scenario analyses to assist key stakeholders in content and budget decisions
• Collaborate with Strategy, Decision Sciences, and Creative teams to evaluate new content through the financial greenlight process; submit new Original content deals for executive review and approval
• Work closely with A/P Coordinator to manage payment processing and tracking across all programming areas, while assisting Production team to close out completed Original series and manage series to latest budgets
• Support controllership team with monthly close activities, ensuring accuracy of the data and working with operators to resolve any discrepancies
• Evaluate and implement ways to drive automation, standardization, and simplification across all areas

Basic Qualifications /Eligibility Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or similar
• 2-3 years experience in a finance or accounting role
• Strong analytical skills required – organized, accurate & detail-oriented
• Must have excellent PC skills with advanced proficiency in Excel

• Ability to summarize and articulate complex financial models to non-finance business leaders

• Strong interest in media industry with a passion for good (& bad) content
Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
