This position is on the Decision Sciences team with a charter to provide valuable insights that enable next level data-driven decision making by our Marketing and Media teams. As Senior Analyst, you will work in a high-visibility and fast-paced environment, delivering analyses that support initiatives that have a tangible impact on Peacock's growth and success as it establishes itself as a major player in the streaming landscape.

Responsibilities:
• Query and analyze complex data sets to develop customer insights that drive decision-making and support cross-functional initiatives to drive customer segmentation and strategy
• Utilize large CDPs and DMPs to identify campaign overlap and high value prospect audiences
• Partner with Data Science team to build and understand look-alike-modeling and customer life-time value
• Partner closely with business stakeholders (e.g., Marketing, Product, Editorial or Content teams) to define business needs, craft analytic approach and develop data solution
• Partner with Media agencies to optimize media spend utilizing a combination of attribution models
• Synthesize complex analyses, KPIs, and concepts into digestible presentations for a variety of audiences, including key stakeholders and leadership
• Help contribute to a diverse, equitable, and inclusive work culture at Peacock

Salary Range: $95,000 - $120,000

Qualifications
• 3+ years of analytical experience working with large, complex data sets and analytical tools
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel and at least one additional programming languages used for data analysis (e.g., R, Python)
• Experience with media and advertising channels (e.g., Search, Display, Social, etc.)
• Familiarity with media measurement techniques such as Marketing Mix Modeling and Multi-Touch Attribution is a plus
• Strategic thinker with ability to derive conclusions and recommendations from raw data
• Team oriented and collaborative with an aptitude and willingness to learn
• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or other relevant quantitative fields
• Experience with statistical modeling and/or advanced data science techniques is a plus
