• Provide data science support to the OneApp CRM team. Primary areas of support include:
• Management of daily reporting and automated dashboards
• Deep-dive exploratory analysis into specific topics
• Application of statistical models in order to optimize/personalize CRM deployment across the program.
• ad-hoc questions and requests
• Lead projects with hands-on analysis and modeling drawing from multiple analytical methods to choose the right tool and right level of complexity appropriate for the business challenges
• Ensure the accuracy and consistency of existing data pipelines and established dashboards. Quickly and effectively identify root cause of data issues when they arise and communicate effectively with Data Engineering team as well as CRM stakeholders while resolving the issue.
• Collaborate and work closely with cross-functional business partners to effectively define projects/requests and provide actionable results.
• Create meaningful presentations and analysis that tell a ''story'' focused on insights, rather than just data
• Proper processing, cleansing and QA throughout each project in order to verify integrity of data used for analysis

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics or a related field
• Expertise in data manipulation, high proficiency in SQL
• Proficiency in Python
• Expertise in major statistical modeling software packages and multivariate techniques (e.g. clustering, regression, classification, time-series forecasting)
• Familiarity with data visualization tolls (e.g. Tableau, Domo)
• 2+ years relevant work experience (past experience manipulating and analyzing large and complex datasets strongly preferred)
• Good problem decomposition skills and autonomy when faced with solving data problems
• Demonstrated communication capabilities. We ask that you be able to be able to explain your insights to people beyond the data science team. This means knowing how to best present and organize your findings and selecting the right visualizations.
