This position is a part of the Decision Sciences team, working closely w/ the Growth Marketing team to develop actionable insights that drive improved marketing effectiveness and growth of the Peacock consumer base.

Responsibilities:
• Query and analyze complex data sets to develop actionable insights that enable Marketing team to drive growth of the D2C streaming platform
• Develop analyses and surface insights to drive customer engagement and retention, including: churn analysis, upgrade analysis, KPI deep dives, behavioral clustering, content affinity analysis, customer value and customer journey analytics
• Lead day-to-day collaboration with Marketing to define business problems, develop analytic plans, develop insights and recommend data-driven strategies
• Measure marketing campaign performance, develop insights on areas for improvement and drive optimization of marketing tactics in partnership with marketing team
• Facilitate data democratization through the design and delivery of data visualizations (Tableau)
• Synthesize results into easy-to-consume presentations to drive business change
• Contribute to a culture of data-driven decision-making

Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Marketing, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or other relevant quantitative fields
• 2+ years of analytical experience with large data sets and analytical tools
• Knowledge of SQL and a scripting language (e.g. Python, R)
• Knowledge of Tableau or equivalent data visualization tools is a plus
• Team oriented and collaborative with an aptitude and willingness to learn
• Curious, self-driven and confident
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship by NBCUniversal
