Peacock is looking for an experienced Solutions Architect with expertise in Marketing Technology platforms. This role will work on the Growth Marketing team, reporting to the Marketing Technology Director, and will be responsible for owning the development of capabilities within the Peacock MarTech stack – building & testing new integrations, features, and channels.

The Technical Product Manager is responsible for the technical & operational deployment of 1st party data strategies and marketing technology integrations. A successful candidate is a well-rounded engineer with experience in full-stack development. This person should be highly competent technically as well as comfortable presenting recommendations to business teams.

Candidate must have a strong knowledge of core Marketing Technology platforms with a perspective on ideal architecture and tool selection. It is crucial that this candidate is always up to date on the latest players in marketing software, A/B testing, attribution, and other tools with an opinion on the best tools for the job.

• Achieving a detailed understanding of Peacock first-party data sets
• Developing and clarifying technical requirements for custom projects
• Designing & building solutions to enable activation of first-party data sets across multiple marketing channels – partnering with vendors to execute them
• Building key triggers and audience exports across systems
• Producing documentation – business-facing & technical
• Making material code contributions to technical executions
• Providing thoughtful, meaningful code reviews

• Deep understanding of Marketing Technology stack architecture, including interplay between engagement tools, ad serving platforms, and data warehouses
• Experience developing capabilities & troubleshooting within core marketing platforms including CMS [Adobe Experience Manager, Acquia Drupal], CEP [Braze, Iterable], & CDP [mParticle, Segment] as well as analytics [Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics]
• Data management platform experience a plus [Google Cloud Storage, Amazon s3]
• Proven knowledge of coding languages such as Java, Python, HTML, and/or React/Angular as well as proprietary languages such as Liquid
• Experience building & launching custom html templates for email, in-app messages, and/or content cards.
• Integration expertise leveraging JSON & system best-practices
• Familiarity with marketing sdk kits

Business Facing
• 5+ years of development experience, with consulting experience highly desired
• Experience working directly with Product Management and Business Leaders on capability sequencing, scoping, and dependency mapping.
• Experience in leveraging Machine Learning & AI outputs in a solution.
• Ability to synthesize and simplify complex concepts/requirements to the team and stakeholders and tie back to business objectives.
• Results-oriented with initiative to work until job is complete
