NBCUniversal Direct to Consumer Group is seeking a Product Manager to support the customer and monetization growth of digital entertainment brands and superfan experiences through advertising and CRM innovation. This role will be responsible for leading advertising and CRM implementation initiatives across NBCU network and cable brand applications that fall under OneApp which include NBC, SyFy, USA, Bravo, E!, Oxygen and Telemundo as well as show apps for The Voice and America's Got Talent across mobile, web and living room platforms.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Work with NBCU Product Marketing, Ad Technology, UX, PMO and Engineering stakeholders to identify scope, define requirements, execute, test and release cross-platform CRM and advertising enhancements
• Assist Identity Team with NBCU profile registration-related optimizations to improve first party data collection efforts
• Collaborate with Data Science to define A/B and multivariate tests, analyze and socialize results to broader team
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative user tests, analyze and socialize results to broader team
• Create user stories and ancillary documentation
• Clarify developer understanding of user stories
• Review quality acceptance use cases
• Accept final work product based on previously defined requirements
• Prioritize user stories within a backlog
• Partner with Product Marketing and Ad Technology teams to identify and triage issues to accelerate defect resolution
• Log issues as needed to ensure the quality of the product
• Participate in weekly team meetings and daily scrum meetings
• Represent OneApp Product team in meetings with Ad Technology, Product Marketing teams and 3rd party vendors

Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree
• Customer-centric approach; Demonstrable experience in delivering value to end users
• SDLC experience and agile scrum methodology
• Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and in a timely manner to highlight any critical project issues and risks
• Experience with Atlassian product suite including Jira and Confluence
• Ability to use analytics tools to report on product usage/KPI's and use that information to drive product growth

Desired Characteristics
• Previous experience working on advertising technology projects and familiarity with Freewheel
• Previous experience working on CRM (customer relationship management) projects and familiarity with Iterable
• Previous experience working on identity management (e.g. profile sign up/sign in) solutions
• Previous consumer-facing product experience in the digital entertainment space
