Responsibilities include:
• Work with the Peacock legal team and business units (e.g., Product, Engineering. Decision Sciences, Growth Marketing) to review, identify and track data sharing, collection and use in Peacock transactions and use cases and advising on privacy related contractual language and controls.
• Oversee uses of data for growth marketing and advanced advertising to ensure compliance with privacy and consumer protection laws supporting the Decision Sciences, Growth Marketing and Ad Sales teams.
• Develop and maintain systems to track legal approvals.
• Manage, track and follow up on status of legal and technical requirements across the business.
• Develop and distribute training and guidance materials.
• Assist with various privacy and compliance projects and perform other program-related duties as needed.

Qualifications/Requirements
• Either (i) a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a professional role requiring contract analysis, organizational skills and careful attention to detail, as well as a Bachelor's Degree, or (ii) a Juris Doctorate Degree.

• Willingness to work nights and on weekends, if needed.
• Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
• Must be willing to work in New York, NY or Universal City, CA.
• At least 2 years of experience in business affairs or legal affairs in digital media or technology.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills, as well as solid interpersonal skills
• Excellent computer skills (including Microsoft Word, internet sources, and ability to master many NBCU applications)
• Experience with agreements and legal issues
