The Position

Passionate about providing the best customer experience? We are looking for an Email Marketing Manager to join the CRM that will help define testing strategies and manage a team of email producers to create campaigns that turn customers into fanatics. Through the email channel, this role will identify new opportunities to deliver customer experiences that drive activation, engagement, and retention by developing campaign best practices and improving operational workflows.

Responsibilities
• Work closely with a passionate team of marketers focused on delivering fan-engaging communications through multi-channel journeys.
• Leverage our ESP, CDP and available functionalities to drive personalization and timely messaging at scale.
• Help identify new innovative opportunities and develop monthly testing strategies that increase customer retention and engagement.
• Partner closely with Design, Copy, Audience, and Strategy teams to develop CRM calendars, formulate messaging, and inspire creative delivery to maximize effectiveness of email campaigns.
• Oversee a team of email producers to ensure all stakeholder feedback is applied to campaigns, campaigns are QA'ed, and scheduled on time.
• Provide operational support by identifying new opportunities to optimize workflows or streamline with partners.
• Produce and maintain accurate logs of tests to monitor key KPIs and extract insights for continuous iteration of programs.

Qualifications/Requirements
• 3+ years relevant email marketing and email operations experience.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with project management experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication; good listener with the ability to internalize feedback.
• Experience working cross-functionally with marketing strategy teams, analytics, and creative teams.
• Experience managing direct reports
• Entertainment industry marketing experience preferred
• Ability to work independently. Team player who also demonstrates leadership skills in a matrix managed organization with multiple stakeholders
• Knowledge of HTML, ESPs, Adobe Photoshop, and MS Office required
