Peacock Kids is a division within Peacock that develops, produces, and distributes digitally native content for kids on platforms, like YouTube.

• Manage all physical production related matters:
• Work closely with the Creative team to create budgets for all types of digital productions, including branded content
• Track/Review productions costs, actualize budgets, and review with Finance
• Schedule, Track, and Manage all internal & 3rd Party productions – ensuring all policies are followed and all deliverables are met
• Ensure productions run smoothly, meet deadlines, and stay within budget
• Manage certificate of insurance for productions (request/renewal)
• Schedule, book and track production crew, and negotiate rates fit for our budgets
• Address any production matters that arise in a timely and professional manner, e.g. finding backup locations when original locations fall through, etc.
• Oversight on production payroll and vendor payment
• Ensure all productions are complying with NBCU policies and practices
• Manage all corporate production related matters:
• Manage and Lead a Production & Post-Production Team
• Develop, manage, and maintain production 'best practices' for physical production and departmental processes
• Refine evolving production guidelines, and communicate changes of policies to all stakeholders
• Maintain & consistently update an internal database for freelance crews (production & post), vendors, and 3rd party Production companies
• Manage internal production operations and relationships (e.g. Insurance, Post Facility)
• Act as a liaison between Creative, Production/Post, Legal, Finance to ensure all sides receive pertinent updates in a timely manner
• Perform ad hoc research and reporting for Corporate reporting and analysis purposes

Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 7 years hands-on production management experience within a digital and commercial/film/television environment
• Detailed knowledge of physical production, cost reporting, and the management and creation of budgets
• Well-versed in all aspects of physical production, industry best-practices, and negotiating crew and vendor deals
• Strong organizational, project management, communication skills, and detail-oriented
• Demonstrates leadership and is team-oriented demonstrated by relevant management experience
• Proficiency in Movie Magic Budgeting and Microsoft Office Suite
