Director, Internal Communications
The Director of Internal Communications will support all employee-facing communications initiatives for NBCUniversal's Direct-to-Consumer businesses. Reporting to the Senior Director of Internal Communications, the Senior Manager lead day-to-day operations of the Internal communications function.

This role will focus on internal communications across critical areas of corporate communication: executive & team communications; Peacock advocacy; and employee experience.

The candidate must have experience in internal communications, either in-house or agency, and a track record of deploying successful employee engagement strategies. Streaming and media experience, team management, senior executive support/experience is preferred. Ideal candidate will be a creative, motivated self-starter with incredible attention to detail, a team-focused attitude, and a solutions-oriented approach.

Essential Responsibilities:

Peacock Advocacy – work to ensure employees are our best spokespeople, equipped with the latest and greatest information about Peacock outside their workstreams, i.e. new programming, product features, and upcoming partnerships. Lead tactical execution of experiential activities for employees, swag distribution, lunch and learns, and screenings. Collaborate with NBCU divisions, NBCU Corporate, Comcast Cable & Comcast Corporate to plug Peacock into existing communications channels for employees across 150K employees.

Executive & Team Communications – with direction from Senior Director, work with leaders to ensure employees understand company strategy and how their roles and projects align to our overall vision and mission. Plan, draft materials and maintain calendars for key events and tactics, including town halls, leadership lunches, Chairman updates, Flock newsletter, all-employee slack channels, SharePoint site, and assist with symphony meeting preparation.

Employee Experience – partner with HR to promote positive employee experience working. Support the work of Peacock's culture & diversity council, as well as facilitating recognition and wellness programming, team building activities and guest speakers.

Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree
• 8+ years of experience in communications function
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills required
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
