CRM Analyst, Audience Development, Peacock

Peacock is looking for a CRM Analyst to join the Audience Development team. This role will support the team responsible for email marketing and push/in-app notifications by providing campaign analysis. The successful candidate has a passion for leveraging data to deliver meaningful insights that
optimize campaign performance and drive strategy.

Responsibilities:
• Pull reports from customer engagement platform on a scheduled basis (daily, weekly, monthly) and perform analysis on email, mobile and in-app campaign performance
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on campaign results
• Develop and maintain master campaign performance tracker that will assist in establishing benchmarks and monitoring ongoing campaign performance
• Collaborate with the team on analysis of campaign and program effectiveness in delivering against engagement and retention goals, including open rates, incremental product usage and win-back
• Assist in creating post-campaign review decks with data visualizations for CRM reporting to various internal teams and stakeholders
• Support ad hoc reporting requests
• Track A/B testing results and provide recommendations for further tests and campaign optimizations
• Monitor email and mobile list health by tracking unsubscribes, complaints, and uninstalls on a regular basis

Qualifications/Requirements
• 1-2 years of relevant CRM reporting and analytics experience
• BA/BS in Marketing or related field
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
• Strong analytical skills with ability to deliver insightful ideas and draw findings from reporting
• Experience working in PowerPoint to create decks and organize information from reports for easy consumption by internal stakeholders
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work with urgent deadlines and re-prioritize work when needed
• Experience with video streaming (OTT) or subscriptions services is a plus
