Job Description

Responsibilities
Responsible for the day-to-day activities on the Business Operations team, with a primary focus on billing and payments data analysis, tracking payment performance across the product and analyzing key trends and insights to improve processes and performance.
• Closely monitor and analyze billing and payments performance from customer transactions and payment processing systems
• Analyze billing and payment KPIs and data to identify trends and key learnings
• Interface with payment vendors on reporting, metrics, and data analysis
• Effectively and clearly present data insights and key findings across the organization as needed
• Synthesize insights into product and campaign-level best practices to inform organizational success
• Scan the market for new measurement opportunities and competitive intelligence to identify payment related user behaviors and trends
• Work closely with Data and Insights to develop additional tracking metrics and enhance dashboards as needed
• Work closely with Finance on payment success tracking, impacts and reporting
• Perform ad hoc analysis as needed

Qualifications/Requirements
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in payments, banking, transactions and in a data/insights heavy role
• Experience working with Billing and Payments systems strongly preferred
• Familiarity with BI technologies (Including Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, etc.)
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to effectively present data analysis and insights
• Good background working with quantitative data
• Proven ability to prioritize multiple business requests
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Familiarity with SQL
