Audience Manager, Peacock

Peacock is looking for a forward thinking Audience Manager to help grow our digital audiences on a variety of advertising platforms and channels.

Responsibilities
• You will manage incoming audience requests from multiple Peacock performance marketing teams
• Work with teams to define audience requirements and manage execution timelines
• Work with sister NBC portfolio brands to facilitate audience requests, manage approvals, and sharing of audiences into customer data platform
• Build audiences within our Customer Data Platform, mParticle, according to best practices
• Familiarize yourself with internal warehouse events, attributes, values, etc.
• Maintain audience data hygiene including keeping records and tracker up to date, managing number of audience, and ensuring proper naming taxonomy
• Ensure accurate audience tracking across all platforms
• Connect audiences to various connections including email and ad platforms, LiveRamp, etc.
• Identify ways to effectively scale large number of audiences across multiple platforms
• Work with agency and performance marketing leads to consolidate and track audience key learnings and provide recommendations for audience improvements
• Liaise with Adtech partners: Internal AdTech team, ad agency, LiveRamp, mParticle, etc.
• Tie together disparate audience sources to fully extract paid media value
• Assist with audience segmentation and testing in order to achieve optimal relevancy with scale

Qualifications/Requirements
• Understanding of subscription and lifecycle/retention marketing
• Understanding of data warehouses and customer data management
• Experience building audiences
• Experience working with ad serving platforms
• Experience sending audience cohorts via APIs
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to communicate effectively with technical, marketing, engineering, and creative teams
