Description

NBCUniversal is looking for a process-oriented, project management candidate with an eye for detail and a passion for organization to help drive the successful results our new streaming video service requires. Knowledge of multi-language asset management, procurement and servicing will also be important.

As our Content Operations Associate, you'll support Peacock's mission critical video publishing supply chain and quality assurance efforts; continuously monitoring program availability schedules, communication channels, and content servicing handoffs between key workstreams. You'll support the Peacock Video Editorial team's project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, providing appropriate guidance to ensure any dependencies or concerns are addressed.

This role requires you to be adept at cross functional collaboration and diplomacy, continuously auditing content process flow performance while simultaneously leading collaborative negotiations for strategic reprioritization of tasks between multiple teams. Your commitment to consistent operational governance will play an instrumental role in our success within the competitive, rapidly evolving digital marketplace.

Essential Responsibilities
• Provide project management support, responsible for servicing and supporting Peacock's streaming video supply chain
• Prioritize content fulfillment tracking through Airtable
• Triage and troubleshoot content and metadata migration discrepancies throughout multiple systems
• Bring uniformity and rigor to the publishing process by increasing visibility and accountability to tasks and plans
• Assist with comprehensive process, workflows, and compliance guidelines with the use of Jira, Confluence, and various project management tools
• Regularly report progress to Peacock's Content Operations management team; communicating possible opportunities and escalating potential risks that may require intervention
• Balance scope, schedule, quality, and risks daily for high profile, deadline driven milestones and deliverables
• Generate reports in Power BI for various stakeholders
• Assist in content publishing and QA when necessary

Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or 1-year equivalent experience in project management
• Minimum 1-year experience working in a professional media production environment
• Proficiency with SAS collaboration tools and services such as Jira, Confluence, Airtable, and Smartsheet
• Working knowledge of digital content supply chains
• Familiarity with:
o Multi-language assets and/or metadata and language localization
o Client services; managing relationships and negotiating changes to commitments/requirements
