Analyst, Marketing Insights, Peacock

Peacock is hiring a Analyst, Marketing Insights to join the Marketing Strategy and Planning team. This role will be responsible for consolidating, analyzing, and visualizing data to support all levels of the marketing team.

This role will be a critical member of Peacock Growth Marketing and provide the team with crucial information that informs our overall marketing strategy. This role will sit squarely within the strategy arm of that team, analyzing marketing datasets and sharing insights to enhance the decision making process.

Responsibilities:
• Model effects of proposed discrete acquisition and retention marketing campaigns to determine where to spend the next marketing dollar to maximize subscriber growth
• Maintain accurate, robust and timely acquisition, churn and net subscriber growth forecasts for weekly, monthly and quarterly platform reviews and financial budgeting requests
• Visualize data and create presentations in a manner that effectively disseminates information to all levels of the organization
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to track and analyze KPIs related to business objectives

Qualifications/Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, strategy, FP&A, media research, or data analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Marketing or a related field

Desired Characteristics
• Experience with marketing or digital video metrics
• Demonstrated capacity to identify patterns in data and digging into ''why'' trends occur
• Ability to work in an energetic environment and pivot based on evolving priorities
• Ability to work with a diverse team and embrace healthy debate
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, working knowledge of Python, SQL, or R preferred
• Experience with data visualization tools like Domo, Looker, or Tableau
• Familiarity with digital analytics platforms like Adobe, MixPanel, mParticle, and similar
