• Query and analyze complex data sets to develop actionable insights that enable Marketing team to drive growth of the D2C streaming platform
• Collaborate with Marketing Analytics team and Marketing team to devise and develop customer segmentation frameworks to inform differentiated customer engagement and retention marketing strategies at a 1:1 level
• Partner w/ Martech team to establish data pipelines to ensure audience segments become actionable for retention marketing (CRM, paid media campaigns)
• Measure campaign performance, develop insights on areas for improvement and drive optimization of marketing tactics in partnership with marketing team
• Create self-serve data visualization solutions
• Provide ad hoc analyses to help solve critical business issues for Marketing team
• Synthesize results into easy-to-consume presentations to drive business change
• Contribute to a culture of data-driven decision-making

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Marketing, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or other relevant quantitative fields
• Working knowledge of SQL and at least two programming languages. Examples: R, Python, Julia, Java, or Scala
• Knowledge of Tableau or equivalent data visualization tools is a plus
• Team oriented and collaborative with an aptitude and willingness to learn
• Curious, self-driven and confident
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship by NBCUniversal
