Agile Lead, Ad Integrations

Responsibilities
NBCUniversal's Advertising Platforms & Operations team is responsible for the product development, project management, and day-to-day operations of NBCUniversal's full advertising technology suite. The division services both internal and external customers in support of NBCUniversal's $8B annual advertising business.

We are currently seeking an Agile Lead for our Peacock ad integration squad.

Core Responsibilities include:
• Plan the testing windows and cycles across the ad integration squad and partners
• Understand objectives, scope, stakeholders, and impacts of ad integration squad projects
• Encourage steps to a sustainable pace of work that is achieved without coercion
• Deep knowledge of product, engineering, and QA processes
• Interface with multiple teams' configuration needs during release activities.
• Perform dependency management and identifying risks to deliverables
• Monitor and eliminate conflicts and blockers external to the squad
• Coordinate with Product on release content and effort, based on the backlog, pending requests, third party applications, and infrastructure updates
• Develop positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure statuses, successes, and risks are being reported to management

Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications:
• 2+ previous experience working in an information systems operations environment
• 1+years' experience in digital media and/or advertising technology
• Knowledgeable in Agile practices
• Familiarity with JIRA (or similar project management tool)
• Ability to adapt to change and identify efficiency opportunities
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated effective leadership, organizational, and analytical skills
• Experience with software verification, validation and integration processes.
• Intellectual curiosity with aptitude to understand and communicate details of technical systems

• Must be willing to work in New York, New York

Desired Characteristics
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field experience
• Previous Release Management experience
• Experience with a digital media direct to consumer business and ad-insertion technology stack
