Job Description

The Enterprise Business Solutions team is primarily responsible for the design, development, implementation, integration, maintenance and support of commercial and custom enterprise-wide software applications and back office financial systems supporting the PBS mission.

The Sr. Director, Enterprise Business Solutions oversees and manages the Enterprise Business Solutions team. He/she is responsible for setting expectations and for providing vision and leadership for a high quality, results-driven team supporting operations and software development initiatives.

Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Leads a team of developers/analysts supporting a portfolio of commercial and custom software including Alliant (Rights Management), ERP (Microsoft Dynamics D365 Finance & Supply Chain (F&SC)), Workday (HR & Payroll), Business Intelligence and Analytics (Microsoft Power BI), Microsoft Power Automate applications and Customer Relationship Management software (Microsoft Fundraising & Engagement, Marketing).
• Lead requirements analysis and business process analysis based on evaluation of end user's business needs. Will collaborate closely with stakeholders and end-users to establish priorities, gather requirements, devise solutions, and research new ways to improve current business processes and techniques.
• Manages CapEx and OpEx budgets for department
• Manages day-to-day operational and tactical tasks associated with the maintenance and care of the ERP portfolio of products.
• Manages all phases of the software development lifecycle for assigned projects, actively participating in phases as necessary
• Manages scope, assesses, and mitigates risks for all team projects
• Collaborates with other Technology & Operations departments and project management teams to determine project timelines, resource allocation and project deliverables
• Manages contractors and external development initiatives with outside vendors
• Continuously looks for ways to improve development and operational initiatives

Requirements for success:
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 7 years of experience with ERP Systems (ex. Microsoft Dynamics/365 F&SC)
• Minimum 7 years of experience in application and platform development and related technologies
• Demonstrated experience successfully managing and balancing risk, allocating resources, and prioritizing projects
• Demonstrated solid management skills, including experience successfully developing and motivating a high-quality, diverse professional staff
• Knowledge of general Finance and Accounting practices
• Strong management skills, including the ability to provide direction and regular feedback to team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage resources to achieve project goals within time and budget constraints
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage overlapping deadlines
• Ability to practice innovative and creative thinking, and to motivate others to do the same
• Ability to collaborate as a team player with all levels of staff and external stakeholders
• Serves as a subject matter expert in field(s), staying current in requisite skills and sharing new knowledge and practices with relevant team members
• Consistently demonstrates respect for inclusion, diversity, and ethics
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills and a comprehensive understanding of quality service delivery with a sensitivity to customer needs.
