Primary Responsibilities:

Paramount Tech is hiring a Senior Financial Systems Analyst.

This position is responsible for defining business and functional requirements, designs and handles technology applications, systems, and projects to support initiatives for Studio Systems group.

Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
• Serve as systems administrator for various applications for Studio Operations group (including Maximo Asset Management, TransWorks, Rental Tracker Pro, SAP, Ariba, etc.)
• Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
• Handle data feeds and other systems integrations
• Assists in defining, detailing, and evaluating the current business functions and information needs
• Partners with the business client to craft improvements to the business processes or to re-engineer the processes in order to achieve increased efficiency and effectiveness
• Solves software and/or operating system issues as necessary, including performing hands-on correction of problems
• Works with many layers of management and support personnel throughout Paramount Global's domestic and international offices, if applicable
• Designs specifications and assign programming and testing
• Assists the Project Leader or Project Manager in developing and maintaining project work plans, and in meeting project expectations regarding completion on time and within budget
• Works with Information Processing and Systems Planning staff, other systems development teams, and outside vendors, where appropriate, to plan and schedule required resources
• Trains system users and ensures systems efficiency

Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a related position/system assisting a large and high priority client base
• Strong SQL knowledge to understand data available in relational databases (e.g. Microsoft SQL)
• Excellent internal customer service and communication abilities

Additional Qualifications

Desired skills/experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science is preferred
• Familiarity with dashboards and reporting using Tableau & SSRS knowledge is nice to have
• Familiarity using a ticketing system is very desirable
• Informed about the state of computer technology
• Experience with cloud computing and networking preferred
• Able to work independently and to prioritize tasks effectively
• Work well in a team environment
• Work with minimal supervision
• Desire to develop professionally, both by learning from and sharing knowledge with co-workers
• Able to address most issues and/or challenges independently
• Great communication skills in working with technical and non-technical people and the ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships among all levels of an organization
• Flexibility and expediency in learning new modules as required
• Strong system configuration knowledge
