Sr. Coordinator, Studio & Remo Ops

Job Description

Paramount Tech is hiring a Sr. Coordinator of Studio & Remote Operations. This position is responsible for acting as on-site representative for the Studio Operations team with focus on CBS Mornings/Saturday Mornings shows. – This role will be required to work occasional Saturdays. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Liaison with Production, Core Services, IT and Security for CBS Mornings/Saturday Mornings shows.
• Compile daily Studio access lists including production, crew and talent to ensure ease of entry into 1515 Broadway and adherence to current covid protocols.
• Work with Paramount Global Core Services to ensure all productions follow protocols and meet insurance requirements.
• Coordinate building requests such as overtime HVAC, freight elevator and porter service.
• Maintain calendar and accurate records of monthly shoot and labor totals in Studio and insert stages.
• Assist with booking insert stages & support spaces as well as freelance technical/staging/lighting crews for various multi-cam shoots as needed.
• Conduct daily walkthroughs of the Studio, support spaces and insert stages to ensure that hallways/entrances/exits are clear and up to building code.
• Support in financial tracking and chargebacks to Production.

Basic Qualifications:
• High diploma required with at least 1 year experience working in a production and or fast paced environment.
• Must be well-organized, detail oriented, possess keen verbal/written communication skills, be self-motivated, able to multi-task and have strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Additional Qualifications:
• Technical background is a plus.
• College education preferred.
