Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our Advanced Advertising team! In this role, you will be responsible for spearheading the development of the next generation of convergent advanced advertising and optimization products, using the latest advancements in machine learning. As a full stack engineer, you will play a critical role in architecting, implementing, and optimizing our advertising solutions!

Responsibilities:
• Lead the development of advanced advertising and optimization products, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to define requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Apply expertise in architecture and big data to craft robust and efficient systems for processing and analyzing large datasets.
• Implement and optimize solutions using technologies such as Snowflake and clean rooms to ensure data security and compliance.
• Own the implementation of identity framework for convergent optimization and measurement, ensuring accurate attribution and targeting across platforms.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive best practices for software development and architecture.
• Deliver multiple projects using Agile methodologies.
• Take a high ownership, self-sufficient, hands-on position on the team to lead and drive quality, maintain application stability.
• Write complex programs, analyze code changes, and suggest improvements.
• Investigate and resolve any production issues across the tech stack, and work to prevent them.

Basic Qualifications
• 10+ years of professional experience in full stack software development, and 1+ years of management experience leading all aspects of a software engineering team.
• Experience in crafting and implementing complex, high-performance systems related to convergent advanced advertising solutions.
• Strong proficiency in data architecture, big data technologies, cloud platforms (AWS & Snowflake) and clean rooms. Highly proficient in Python, Typescript, and SQL.

Additional Qualifications:
• Proficient at deploying and managing cloud-based containerized services (Kubernetes, Docker, Argo Workflow).
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and a track record of exceptional partnering across a wide array of internal business groups, agencies, executive collaborators, and execution partners
• Independent problem-solver, with strong analytical thinking skills
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Experience with machine learning and related engineering skills.
• Experience taking a lead role delivering complex software systems.
• Enthusiasm for promoting high-quality standard in others across: documentation, unit testing, code reviews, test automation, continuous integration and deployment

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Hiring Salary Range: $205,000.00 - 225,000.00. The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is eligible to earn sales incentive compensation.
