Primary Responsibilities:

As the Business Information Security Officer (BISO) of Paramount, you will be the Cyber Security & Assurance main point of contact for multiple divisions, responsible for the communication, compliance and governance of the corporate security strategy, roadmap and policies that are in alignment with the organization's overall security objectives. You will work with our Group BISO, business stakeholders, and technology leadership to define and refine objectives and key results for the Information Security program while leading interdependencies and driving multi-functional collaboration.
• Work with business stakeholders to ensure high value assets are identified, tracked, and prioritized in the application of cybersecurity programs and activities.
• Deliver metrics-guided scorecards or dashboards to keep executive stakeholders apprised of business cybersecurity health.
• Provide tactical multi-functional leadership by integrating shared vision and strategies and highlighting and resolving interdependencies

Basic Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience and Bachelor's degree in a related field is required. Proven expertise in security architecture design, network security, mobile security, vulnerability management, and threat intelligence/analysis is also required.
• Understanding of CI/CD tooling and Infrastructure as Code deployments including Jenkins, GitHub, Terraform Enterprise, CloudFormation or similar tooling.
• Previous experience with cloud and web services, specifically AWS native services such as EC2, S3, IAM, ECS, EKS, KMS and native AWS security services.

Additional Qualifications
• Executive presence, judgment communicating and supporting effective discussion and decision making.
• Well-honed strategic development skills including the ability to thinking analytically, frame options and outcomes and influence groups to a decision.
• Deep knowledge of security policies, regulations, and compliance issues is required.
• You must be comfortable working in a matrixed organization and able to work in a coordinated environment across business and technology teams.
• Understanding of hybrid cloud/datacenter environments and microservices architectures.
• Experience working multi-functionally to deliver security capabilities in matrixed and complex large-scale enterprise environments.
• You should be able to provide tactical leadership to advance the company Information Security priorities and objectives by ensuring alignment with and achievement of business drivers and strategies.
• Ability to engage with business stakeholders, customers, and other external partners, building confidence in company overall security posture and brand, through industry and customer presentations.
• True ability to translate complex IT and security challenges/issues into business risks.
• Proven expertise with performing security assessments and recommending security solutions to assist with improvement of security infrastructure.
• Knowledge of common InfoSec management frameworks, such as ISO 27001, COBIT, NIST, or PCI DSS.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• Applicable industry-accepted security certifications (CISSP, SANS, etc.)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Hiring Salary Range: $190,000.00 - 210,000.00. The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
