Your responsibilities include:
• Performing day-to-day marketing activities for email & other channels including, but not limited to, email design, campaign set-up, scheduling, testing, tagging and deployment of one-time, recurring, triggered, and dynamic content-driven campaigns• • Operating within Salesforce Marketing Cloud to develop, build, test, schedule, deliver, report on and optimize single- or multi-channel messaging initiatives and AB/multi-variate tests to drive a variety of business KPIs like engagement, retention and conversion to paid• • Copywriting & creating email communications using HTML and other tools• Troubleshooting technical issues related to HTML templates, list segmentation and other aspects of email execution, as required• • Defining and recommending target audience profiles by analyzing the data within the customer database• Collaborating with stakeholders to establish email performance benchmarks and recommend actions to improve performance• • Presenting data analyses, proposals and evaluations to internal stakeholders• • Collaborating with the centralized CRM team based in the US to optimize our CRM & email marketing setup and processes according to best practices• • Performing quality assurance checks for all email launches• Increasing awareness of our content among the relevant audiences• Cooperating with internal teams on key launches, local and global cross-channel marketing campaigns and knowledge sharing

What you should have
Our ideal candidate should fit perfectly with our values, but apart from that, you should have:
• 3+ years of experience in CRM/Email Marketing• • Excellent skills in AMP Script, HTML, and CSS to fully customize email and mobile marketing.
• Experience with SQL is a plus• Experience of CRM platforms and best practices, specifically Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio and Journey Builder)• • Excellent understanding of CRM metrics and how they impact the performance of the overall business• • Ability to assist in design (Adobe Illustrator, Sketch) is preferred• Strong communication and copywriting skills in English and German as well as project management skills• • Capacity to coordinate with International and other internal teams• Flexible & proactive team player with the ability to communicate effectively and an eagerness to learn and grow – themselves as well as the business• • Affinity and/or experience within the entertainment industry is a plus (Video-on-Demand/OTT service
