Overview & Responsibilities

The Paramount Global Content Security team's mission within the Technology department is to protect our high-value content by integrating risk-based security measures into the media supply chain. Using processes and tools at our disposal, and collaborating with content owners and anti-piracy teams to proactively address risks to content. Paramount Content Security Team is hiring a Senior Analyst!

Responsibilities

Develop project timelines and monitor project work, lead project budgets where applicable, prepare estimates and projections and define key project turning points.

Collaborate across content security functional teams and coordinate key work and activities

Liaise with project collaborators within the content security team and linked external business units to facilitate understanding of goals, agreement on work, timelines and always ensure a clear channel of communication

Assist in the oversight of day-to-day operations of the content security team and the multitude of team initiatives taking place concurrently and, in the future.

Develop business process workflows within the context of production and post-production media supply chain and identify gaps or repetition.

Support management in developing key performance metrics for content security, and tracking. Also, provide detailed status and supporting data for each metric, and develop high-level summary dashboards for executive reporting.

The Sr. Business Analyst supports content security team managers to work across Paramount Global lines of business to define and detail all content security initiatives or projects for each brand and each specific business unit.

Ensure there is a balanced process and tools to identify, validate, link, track and report on content security projects and initiatives.

Develop a project management framework to support the above as well as identify cross dependencies where applicable

Help drive the implementation of content security assignments across the different brands, assist in ensuring timely delivery of project objectives and provide timely communication of risks to the projects

Support senior management with status reporting, risks and issues reporting, cross dependencies, and standard procedure analysis

Analyze standard data and identify trends in security gaps or patterns in the use of production technologies across the brands, present findings, factual updates, and recommendations to Content Security management

Represent the content security team to content-producing Paramount Global brands and help evangelize and apply content security's standard methodologies, help promote a culture across brands conducive to information exchange!

Basic Qualifications

Minimum 5 years experience in project management or client service delivery role

Experience applying project management practices and expertise to ensure timely fulfillment of project goals and objectives

Experience in developing detailed status reports, identifying and communicating risks and turning points, and formulating executive dashboards for high-level management reporting

Additional Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience

Ability to transition seamlessly between ''big picture'' and ''detailed view'' and quickly develop an in-depth understanding of strategy and tactics to drive success.

Display proficiency in analyzing complex data sets, establishing relationships or interdependencies, and articulating them to management

Experience in the use of reporting tools (such as Tableau)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – particularly Excel and Powerpoint as well as Visio or a similar tool to document workflows

Preference for Big 4 work experience either in a client advisory/delivery capacity, or an audit role

Worked previously in a Media and Entertainment company but not required

Knowledge of production media supply chain

Information security certification (i.e., CISSP or CISM)

Project management certification (i.e., PMP, CAPM or any of the PMI certifications.
